Prescott's Employment FAQs

All open positions within Prescott’s are posted on our company website. Head to our Careers page to find a job opening that interests you. You can filter our available career opportunities by location, job families or keyword. Once you find one that excites you, click on ‘apply’ to start your application. You will be asked to complete a candidate profile and upload a CV or resume to our online application system.

Please make sure you qualify for the role before applying. You may apply for positions in multiple locations, but applying for positions you do not qualify for won’t increase your chances, and will likely raise a red flag within the recruiting team.

To maximize your chances of success, we would encourage you to submit your profile directly to an advertised open position.

Our application process varies depending on the type of role you are applying for and which country it is based in. Most commonly once you have submitted your application, your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team. They will compare your skills and experience with the requirements of the position for which you have applied. You will be contacted if you are selected for consideration.

The interview process can often include multiple interviews with a variety of Prescott’s representatives. You should be ready to share examples of your work and passion areas to help us get a sense of who you are beyond your resume.

Step 2: Interview with a Recruiter
Typically, the first interviews with applicants are conducted by an HR recruiter. This initial conversation will determine your suitability and availability for future employment opportunities at Prescott’s. Other details such as your eligibility to work in the selected country and compensation will also be discussed.

On the other side, this interview will be your opportunity to ask questions about working at Prescott’s. If the recruiter feels your qualifications and experience qualify you to proceed in the hiring process, your application and initial interview results are then provided to the hiring manager for review.

Step 3: Interviews with Hiring Manager and Team Members
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager. This interview format can vary. In some cases, it can be online. Upon completion of the interview, qualified and selected candidates may be scheduled for additional interviews.
On occasion, these steps may vary according to local custom and practice. Remember, this interview is a great opportunity for you to better understand the position you are applying for and ask questions about working at Prescott’s. Please come prepared!

Step 4: Offer of Employment
If you have been identified as the most suitable candidate for the position, you will be provided with an offer of employment.

Step 5: On-boarding at Prescott’s
Prescott’s has devised an Induction program for all new employees which aims to welcome them and help them feel as part of our team from the very first day of employment.

After the interviews are completes and the hiring manager has expressed interest, you will receive a conditional job offer.

Following a successful background check and drug screens, you will be formally offered a role on our team.

Yes you can apply to more than one job at once, however, we suggest that you narrow your selections to a few jobs that truly match your skills, experience and interests. A Prescott’s recruiter will review your resume or CV to determine the best fit for the role.
